# Get started on Quantum

**Yieldbase offers  a composable leveraged liquidity mining protocol.** It has two sides: passive liquidity providers, who earn low-risk rates by providing liquidity to individual assets; and high  risk taker farmers, who borrow those assets to earn higher APRs. We will integrate with Base Perpetual Exchanges.

**Our leveraged farm has two aspects:**

**Sons of Aristotle** - Borrowers who wish to increase their position by borrowing liquidity from the protocol at multiples of their collateral.

**Disciples of Archimedes** – Lenders who seek passive yield and prefer lower risks.
